We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you ordered the wrong part or simply no longer need it, you may return it under the following conditions.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The part must be in its original, unaltered condition. Parts that have been installed, disassembled, or modified are not eligible for a refund.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. To request an RMA, please contact our support team at sales@falconcarparts.com. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused and sent back at the buyer's expense.
A standard 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns (e.g., you ordered the wrong part, or changed your mind). The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a part arrives defective or fails within the warranty period, please refer to our Warranty Policy. We will offer a replacement part or, if a replacement is unavailable, a full refund.
