Order Processing and Shipping Timeline

At Falcon Car Parts, we strive to get your vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment verification. During periods of high volume or for parts requiring extensive testing prior to dispatch, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Freight Shipping (Engines, Transmissions, Axles)

Large items such as engines and transmissions must be shipped via LTL Freight.

  • Commercial Delivery: Delivery to a verified commercial address (like your mechanic's shop) is the fastest and most cost-effective method. The facility must have a forklift or loading dock.
  • Residential Delivery: We can deliver to residential addresses, but this requires a liftgate service and will incur an additional residential delivery fee.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and the carrier's information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Damaged Shipments

Upon delivery, please inspect the part before signing the delivery receipt. If there is visible damage to the part or packaging, note it on the receipt and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the freight carrier.
